Job summary

Care South seeks a Senior Care & Support Assistant - Days at Kenwith Castle Residential Home in Bideford. The role focuses on leading care teams, delivering person-centred care, and promoting independence for residents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care setting, including care planning and medication administration.
• Hold or be happy to work towards an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
