• Significant experience in adult social care, health and social care, local government or related environment.
• Strong understanding of the adult social care provider market and its challenges.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across organisational boundaries.
• Experience with commissioners, providers and health and social care organisations.
• Experience of stakeholder engagement, consultation and meetings facilitation.
• Experience delivering projects or initiatives.
• Experience gathering and presenting market intelligence.
• Experience producing professional communications or newsletters.
• Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in health and social care.
• Knowledge of Gloucestershire’s adult social care market.
• Experience with local authorities or Integrated Care Systems.
• Experience of market shaping, commissioning or provider engagement.
• Experience of workforce development, recruitment or retention initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory and policy environment in adult social care.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage and represent adult social care providers across Gloucestershire.
• Collaborate with commissioners, providers and system partners to reflect provider views.
• Develop market initiatives and service development activities.
