Job summary

Hill Care Group is seeking an RGN/RMN/RMNH to deliver high-quality nursing care within a care home environment in Peterlee, England. The role includes direct patient care, supervising staff, and taking management responsibility for shifts as directed.

The successful candidate will hold a 1st Level Nurse qualification, demonstrate excellent communication, and comply with police checks and POVA requirements. Training and development opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a 1st Level Nurse.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Genuine interest in working with the relevant client group.
• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff contribute to efficient care home operations and support the Home Manager in their absence.
• Report ill health and arrange GP/professional visits when needed.
• Ensure care plans are completed and maintained with clients, relatives and health professionals.
• Assess care needs and provide nursing care when required.
• Maintain accurate records and individualised care plans for each client.
