Zusammenfassung

Hill Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RMNH) to lead clinical care within our Care Home in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will oversee direct nursing care, supervise staff, and take shift leadership as required.

You will assess and document client care needs, oversee care plans, administer medicines, and ensure high professional standards in line with NMC guidelines. Experience in elder care and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1st Level Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group
• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable)

Aufgaben

• 1. Ensure all Staff Members contribute to efficient care home operations.
• 2. Report ill health among Clients and arrange GP visits when necessary.
• 3. Ensure Care Plans are completed with Clients, Relatives and health professionals.
• 4. Assess care needs and provide nursing care when required.
• 8. Administer prescribed medicines per policy and guidelines.
• 9. Maintain integrity in handling clients' personal and financial affairs.
• 10. Participate in Staff and Client meetings as required.
• 12. Monitor usage of incontinence aids, dressings and other consumables.
• 13. Market the care home and promote its positive profile in the local community.
