Job summary

Hill Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to deliver high-quality nursing care within a care home setting. You will supervise staff, contribute to the smooth running of the home, and coordinate care with other health professionals.

The role requires a 1st Level Nurse, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in caring for clients. A police check/POVA clearance is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1st Level Nurse required.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Genuine interest in working with the client group.
• Satisfactory Police Check and POVA check where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff contribute to efficient care home operations and support the Home/Deputy Home Manager.
• Report ill health and arrange GP/professional visits when needed.
• Maintain and update Client Care Plans with clients, relatives, and HC professionals per NMC guidelines.
• Assess care needs and provide nursing care when required.
• Assess social/health care needs of new Clients and review others ongoing.
• Maintain individualised Client Care Plans and biannual reviews.
