Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
- Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
- Ability to lead shifts and support a team.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, but candidates from other backgrounds are welcome.
