Job summary

The role requires CQC management experience, Level 5 (or working toward 4/5) in adult social care, and strong leadership to supervise staff and maintain service standards.

Qualifications

• CQC management experience is essential.
• Level 5, or working towards Level 4/5 in adult social care.
• Experience in adult social care settings with regulated services.
• Proven track record as a registered or senior care manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead on audits, quality assurance and risk management.
• Oversee daily running of respite, day care and client transport operations.
• Motivate and supervise staff teams, provide supervision and appraisals.
• Maintain accurate records using care management systems.
