Job summary

Bluebird Care Mid Essex is seeking a Senior Care Expert to cover Chelmsford and surrounding areas. You will lead care delivery, mentor new teammates, and ensure exceptional, person-centred care in clients’ homes across the region.

The role requires a full UK driving licence with your own car, at least 1 year of professional care experience, and an enhanced DBS check. Flexible hours and progression opportunities are offered alongside competitive pay.

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care preferred.

Responsibilities

We have rounds available in Chelmsford, Danbury, Maldon and South Woodham Ferrers.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• A full UK driving licence and your own car. This is essential for visiting customers across the area
• At least 1 year’s professional care experience
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. This is preferred, but if you’re ready to step up, we’d love to hear from you
