HealthJobs4U Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for a Barchester care home to provide warm, person-centred care and support, supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and assist the clinical team with areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
• Opportunity to progress to Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Deliver warm, dignified care that respects residents' preferences.
