Barchester Healthcare in Hastings is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants while supporting the Deputy General Manager. You will help deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in a warm and welcoming home.

You should hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and have knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. The role offers ongoing training and a clear path to develop into senior care practitioner or nursing roles.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Uphold residents' dignity and preferences and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment.
