Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Medication training to join as Residential Senior Carer.
• Experience in a residential care setting with proven leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of care staff on shift, including training and supervision.
• Assist with administering and ordering medications and updating care plans.
• Review resident care plans and risk assessments; liaise with GPs and district nurses.
