HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in delivering compassionate care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist settings. You will plan and implement care that supports security, dignity and independence for residents, working with families to create personalised care plans.

You will maintain records, support a Registered Nurse and Care Manager, and engage residents through meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a care setting.
• Knowledge of dementia care best practices.
• Experience with person-centred care planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
