HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Sunderland to lead a team of Care Assistants, delivering personalised care plans for residents with dementia and complex needs.

You will work alongside the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to uphold dignity and independence. You will maintain accurate records, support residents with activities, and communicate with families to ensure truly person-centered care.

Formación

• Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care is preferred.
• Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care or equivalent is encouraged.
• Knowledge of dementia care and person-centered planning is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in daily care delivery.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care teams.
