HC-One Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a dedicated team in dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will plan and deliver personalised care, ensuring residents feel secure, dignified and independent.

You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, maintain thorough records, and support families. The role emphasizes kindness, time management and ongoing learning within a supportive HC-One environment.

Qualifications

• Completed a Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care and working towards Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Background in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
• Brilliant positive energy and ability to get along with people.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement the kind of care that gives residents security, dignity and independence.
• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care.
• Maintain accurate records of the care provided and build strong team relationships.
• Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager; provide stimulation through social and recreational activities; administer medication.
