Zusammenfassung

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our care home, delivering high‑quality person‑centred care to residents living with dementia, nursing and residential needs. You’ll collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to plan activities, monitor wellbeing, and maintain accurate records.

You’ll need a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care (or equivalent) and a willingness to progress to Level 3.

Qualifikationen

• Completed Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Prepared to work towards Level 3 in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in person-centred care planning and dementia care.

• Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care.
• Assist Registered Nurse and Care Manager with care plans and activities.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor residents' wellbeing.
