HC-One is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of care assistants and deliver personalised, dignified care. The role involves administering medication, supporting daily living activities, and coordinating with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to maintain high-quality standards.

Full-time night shifts and part-time day shifts are available. A Level 2 or 3 health and social care qualification is required, with dementia experience considered advantageous.

Formación

• S/NVQ or Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Dementia experience is a useful addition.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and carry out personalised care ensuring security, dignity and independence.
• Lead a team of care assistants and maintain high standards of care.
• Develop personalised care plans with residents and families.
• Support residents with daily living, including use of walking aids and end-of-life care.
• Communicate with residents' families, including by phone.
• Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.
• Administer medication.
• Provide stimulation through social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work and care provided.
