Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma / NVQ in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification.
• Experience in person-centered dementia care.
• Excellent record-keeping and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care.
• Deliver personalised care plans and monitor residents' wellbeing.
• Support residents and families with dignity and respect.
• Administer medication under protocol.
