HC-One Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a care team and deliver person-centred care in dementia, nursing, and residential settings. You will supervise care routines, support residents and families, and help promote dignity and independence.

The role includes completing accurate records, coordinating with the Registered Nurse, and contributing to social and recreational activities to stimulate residents.

Formación

• Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care or NVQ preferred.
• Level 3 qualification or working towards it in Adult Social Care.
• Experience in dementia care and person-centred planning.
• Strong record-keeping and admin skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest care standards.
• Plan and implement personalised care plans for residents.
• Administer medications as directed by the Registered Nurse.
• Maintain accurate resident records and communicate with families.
