Connaught Care is seeking a thoughtful, proactive Senior Lead to guide and support our care team on the floor, setting the tone, raising the bar, and ensuring every resident experiences the best of what Connaught Care has to offer.

This pivotal leadership role sits at the heart of one of the UK’s most ambitious luxury care providers, with six homes open and six more on the way, redefining later life as elegant, joyful, and purposeful.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a senior care role (e.g., Team Leader or Senior Carer).
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Essential).
• Unrivalled attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Lead daily care delivery on the floor, ensuring shifts run smoothly, safely, and with warmth.
• Coach and supervise care teams, promoting a positive, resident-focused culture.
• Act as the senior point of contact in the absence of more senior management.
• Assist with medication administration, handovers, documentation, and care planning.
• Identify concerns, elevate appropriately, and assist with problem-solving.
