South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Home Manager to lead and support the care team in the running of the home, ensuring service users lead valued, fulfilling lives and receive high-quality care in line with Colin care’s philosophy.

You will supervise staff, manage the home, coordinate reviews, care plans and risk assessments, and promote health, safety and personal care while fostering autonomy and positive activity for residents.

Mansioni

• lead and support the team in the running of the home
• supervise Support Workers and Bank Staff to maintain high standards of care
• attend staff meetings, supervision and liaise with Home/Deputy Managers
• manage a flexible rota to meet residents' needs
• advise and assist service users on welfare, health and safety matters
• function as a keyworker with care plans and risk assessments
• ensure service user reviews and care plans are kept up to date
• organise medication administration in line with policies
