Job summary

Leaders In Care is recruiting a Senior Care Coordinator to support around 150 service users across Manchester and Greater Manchester. The role is office-based with a supportive team including two Administrators, a Care Coordinator and the Registered Manager.

You will coordinate care packages, manage staff rotas, and liaise with service users, families and healthcare professionals. The position offers Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, and an on-call rotation in a stable, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience as a Senior Care Coordinator or experienced Care Coordinator within domiciliary care.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• No sponsorship is available for this position.

The Role

As the Senior Care Coordinator, you'll work alongside two Administrators, a Care Coordinator and the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy domiciliary care service.

You'll coordinate care for approximately 150 service users across Greater Manchester, ensuring rotas are covered, care is delivered to a high standard and carers are fully supported. Although you'll occasionally visit the community when needed, this is primarily an office-based role.
