Connected Health Group Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Care Manager to lead Area Care Managers across Northern Ireland. You will inspire teams, ensure high standards of safe, person-centred homecare, and build strong community partnerships.

You’ll shape regional operations, monitor KPIs, support development of future leaders, and provide on-call cover as needed. A full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care are required; travel to Belfast Head Office is expected.

• Experience in domiciliary care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire: manage and develop a team of Area Care Managers with coaching and support.
• Oversee audits, staff/client records, investigations, safeguarding and complaints, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Deliver safe, effective, person-centred homecare and continuously improve client experience.
• Monitor regional performance, KPIs and report progress; identify efficiency improvements.
• Build strong relationships with Health and Social Care Trusts, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and develop local teams.
• Provide operational cover during leave, sickness, emergencies and occasional on-call work.
• Develop future leaders through induction, supervision and ongoing development of Area Care Managers.
• Maintain staffing, rotas, annual leave and working time compliance.
