Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is hiring a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Rivermere Care Home in Kent. You will deliver compassionate personal care and work with the team to maintain high standards of resident wellbeing.

Role requires NVQ Level 3 in care (or equivalent) and at least 2 years’ experience, with excellent communication and a flexible, supportive approach. DBS disclosure and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in care (or equivalent) required.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar care environment.
• Strong communication and compassionate care skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Monitor wellbeing and update care plans as needed.
• Contribute to person-centred care planning and monthly evaluations.
• Support residents with medication requirements.
• Undertake staff supervision and support staff development.
• Be a key point of contact for residents, relatives and health professionals.
