Job summary

• Monitor residents wellbeing and contribute to care planning.
• Provide high standards of personal care and support with daily activities.
• Support residents with medication administration as required.
• Serve as a key point of contact for residents and families.

ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing
a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. In this role, you will support and work with the Care team to provide high standards of personal care and ensure a safe and caring environment. Responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of residents, being involved in care planning, supporting residents with medication, and acting as a key point of contact for residents and their families.
