Job summary

Connaught Care Collection in Swindon seeks a Senior Care Assistant to lead on the floor, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional, person-centred care. You’ll manage priorities, support with care plans and handovers, and build trust with residents and families.

You’ll bring Level 3 Care experience, a calm, confident presence, and excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a proactive, team-first attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing:
