Connaught Care seeks a Senior Care Assistant to lead care on the floor, mentor colleagues, and ensure compassionate, high-quality support for residents, including those living with dementia.

The role requires a Level 3 care qualification and a calm, empathetic leadership style. You will maintain dignity, communicate clearly, and collaborate with families to deliver exceptional service in a welcoming, upscale home environment in Swindon.

What You’ll Be Doing:
