Job summary

Connaught Care Collection is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our luxury care home team. Lead with compassion on the floor, mentor care assistants, and ensure high standards of dignity and respect for residents living with dementia.

You will manage priorities, communicate clearly with families, and support medication administration and care plans. We offer a supportive leadership team, ongoing training, and benefits including free meals, DBS check, and annual pay reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant with a Level 3 qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver outstanding person-centred care while leading by example across the shift

Support and mentor care assistants, ensuring best practice and kindness underpin everything

Be the senior point of contact on the floor—managing priorities, responding to resident needs, and supporting the team in the moment .
