Hartford Care Ltd. is seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant at Ramsgate care centre to provide high quality, individualized nightly care, maintaining residents' dignity and independence.

You will supervise the night shift, lead team members, and collaborate to create a warm, safe environment for residents. Responsibilities include supervising handovers, supporting residents during the night, and upholding the values of compassionate care.

Formación

• At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care.
• Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Compassionate and caring nature.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Flexible approach to working hours.

The Role

As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high quality, individualised care and support to residents during the night time, promoting each person's privacy, dignity and independence, be responsible for supervising and leading the shift and team members, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere.

Whether you are carrying out a direct observation on a care assistant supporting someone to have a late night snack, checking that a resident's turning chart has been completed, giving a detailed handover to the morning team, or assisting a resident to get ready for bed in the evening, you will do so with care at the heart of everything you do.
