Meallmore is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Greenock to lead a care team and provide high-quality, personalised support to residents. The role includes hands-on care, supervising colleagues, and ensuring safety and dignity in daily routines.

You will work nights, 36 hours per week, with salary increments during a 6‑month programme and opportunities for career progression within a supportive workplace.

Formación

• Experience as a senior care worker is essential.
• SVQ Level 3 or higher in social care or equivalent.
• Registration with the SSSC within the required timeframe.
• Strong leadership and communication to guide a team.
• Good organisational skills and IT aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise care team to deliver person-centred care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate residents’ care needs.
• Deliver hands-on personal care and medication administration.
• Coach and develop team performance and morale.
• Maintain accurate care records and complete reviews.
