Milesian Manor Care Home, part of Macklin Care Homes, is recruiting a Residential Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, following the Patient Charter of Rights and Residential Home Minimum Standards, with a focus on safety and wellbeing.

The role requires a compassionate leader who can mentor colleagues, document care accurately, and uphold our values while working 33 hours per week on site.

Formación

• Strong background in elderly or residential care and proven ability to deliver high-quality care.
• Familiarity with safe medication handling, administration, and documentation.
• Understanding of infection control, safeguarding, and health and safety guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalised, compassionate care meeting residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Lead and collaborate with the care team to provide outstanding care.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to maintain a positive team environment.
• Ensure accurate care documentation in line with home procedures.
• Promote the company's mission, vision and values in daily practice.
• Support adherence to policies and procedures within the residential team.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and ensure compliance with care regulations.
