Wood Care Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to care for residents like family, covering personal care, meals, and daily activities in a supportive home setting. You will also lead the shift and supervise medication rounds, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable/essential for the role.
• Experience leading a team is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' physical, psychological and social needs.
• Assist with personal care, meals and daily activities.
• Lead the shift and manage medication rounds.
• Attend staff meetings and support staff development.
