Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Knowle Gate Care Home in Knowle to support the care team and deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent, have about 2 years’ experience in a similar care setting, and demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, and flexibility. A DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications
