• NVQ 3 in care for care homes (or equivalent)
• 2 years’ experience in a similar care environment
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff
• Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Monitor wellbeing of residents and update care plans
• Contribute to person-centred care planning and monthly evaluations
• Support residents with medication requirements
• Supervise staff and support development
• Act as key contact with residents, relatives, and health and social care professionals
