Agincare is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Andover, helping people live independently and with dignity in their own homes. You will provide high-quality personal and domestic care and offer companionship and reassurance.

We offer fully funded professional training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts to fit around you, a refer a friend scheme up to £1000, and paid mileage at 32p per mile.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' care experience.
• NVQ level 2 preferable.
• Full UK driving licence required.

What you will bring

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work we currently cannot offer sponsorship

Essential

• Good people skills, caring and compassionate nature, a minimum of 12 months' care experience, full UK driving licence, availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts, NVQ level 2 is preferable.
