Job summary

Avon Search is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join the night team at a welcoming residential care setting in Treharris, South Wales.

You will support up to 24 residents, supervise Care Assistants, deliver high quality person-centred care, and maintain accurate records, promoting dignity, independence and safety.

This role offers 36 hours per week, ongoing training and development, supportive management, and opportunities for career progression within a valued care home.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join the night team within a welcoming residential care setting in Treharris, South Wales.

Supporting up to 24 residents, this well-established service provides exceptional person-centred residential care within a warm, welcoming and home-from-home environment. The service offers comfortable living areas and a supportive atmosphere, creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the night shift, supporting the care team while delivering the highest standards of care. You will be passionate about promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing, ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate and person-centred support throughout the night.
