You will be joining an exciting and motivated team within a successful Residential Unit in the fantastic area of Smethwick.

The role includes providing leadership to a small team to ensure that person-centred care is delivered to meet the individual needs and expectations of the service users and ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Other requirements include:

• Possess level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Have experience working as a Senior Care Assistant.
• Experience in medication management.
• Be trained in First Aid and Moving and Handling.
• Possess an Enhanced Adults DBS check.
