Bupa is hiring a Senior Care Assistant at Edmund House Care Home in Scunthorpe. The role involves running a care unit, overseeing a team of care staff, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

You will be trained in digital care and contribute to clinical excellence while supporting families and external health teams. The role requires an NVQ3 in care or progress toward it, and values motivation, teamwork, and a genuine passion for making a difference in residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit.

Senior Care Assistant

Job Description: Senior Care Assistant at Edmund House Care Home, 98 - 108 Everest Road, Ashby, Scunthorpe DN16 3EB.

Salary: £12.90 - £14.51 dependent on qualifications and experience.

Contract: Permanent Contract.

Shifts: Day and Night shifts available. Rota will include alternate weekends.

You’ll help us make health happen by:
