This role involves planning and delivering care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will build relationships with residents and their families, ensuring personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and influence your team positively. Tasks include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, communicating with families, and administering medication, always with kindness.
You will also maintain accurate records and foster strong team relationships. Ideally, you hold a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent and are willing to pursue Level 3. Knowledge of person-centered care planning and dementia care is essential. Your positive energy, time management, and communication skills are vital.
