About The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. This role involves planning and delivering care that promotes residents' security, dignity, and independence. You will build relationships with residents and their families, ensuring personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will uphold high standards of care and influence your team positively. Tasks include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, communicating with families, and administering medication, always with kindness.

You will also maintain accurate records and foster strong team relationships. Ideally, you hold a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent and are willing to pursue Level 3. Knowledge of person-centered care planning and dementia care is essential. Your positive energy, time management, and communication skills are vital.
