This is a temporary role to cover maternity leave for 12 months. You must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
As a Senior Care Assistant at our care home, you’ll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your responsibilities will include supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You may also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Always respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents, you’ll contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is required. We seek warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to providing individualized care and support. There are opportunities for career development through ongoing training, with potential progression into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
