We are seeking compassionate, reliable professionals with strong communication and leadership skills. NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable, and medication administration experience is preferred.

Pay: £14.22 - £15.22 per hour + Paid Breaks

Ideally located within easy walking distance of local seaside shops and sandy beaches, the home offers residents a wonderful environment in one of the most beautiful parts of Devon.

As a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional care while providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to the care team.
You will work closely with residents, families and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of person-centred care are consistently maintained. As a senior member of the team, you will lead by example, support colleagues and help create a safe, positive and welcoming environment where residents can live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader within a residential or nursing care setting.
You will be a compassionate and reliable care professional with excellent communication skills and the confidence to support and lead a team.
