Job summary

Olive House in Norfolk is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our caring team. You will support residents with personal care, provide companionship, maintain accurate records and assist with medication where required. Night shifts are available, with an hourly rate of £13.80.

Olive House provides residential and respite care to the elderly living in Norfolk. The home is purpose built with wide corridors and is well lit. The large rooms are filled with laughter and there is a genuine family feel among the residents and the long-standing care team.

What would a typical day look like?

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
• Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable
• Supporting and leading our existing care team
