Job summary

Caring Homes Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Broadbridge Park, Horsham, on a permanent basis with either full-time or part-time hours. The role pays £13.08 per hour.

You will deliver high-quality, person-centered care, assist with daily living activities, administer medicines where appropriate, and support junior staff to maintain excellent standards within a warm, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Care Assistant or similar in residential or nursing home setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility and feeding.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records where required.
• Support and mentor junior care staff to ensure excellent care.
• Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
• Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members.

Ideal Candidate
