Job summary

Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited, The Malthouse in Gillingham, is seeking a Team Leader to join our night-shift care team. This is a full-time night role, 35 hours per week, 9:30pm to 7:30am, including alternate weekends, paying £14.75 per hour.

You will lead our care team, support residents with personal care, provide companionship, maintain records, and oversee medication charts as needed. We offer induction, training, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, holiday pay,

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.).
• Providing companionship and social interaction for residents.
• Maintaining accurate resident records and medication charts as applicable.
• Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as needed.
• Leading and supporting the existing care team on night shifts.

What would a typical day look like?

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
• Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable
• Supporting and leading our existing care team
