Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for Oaklands House in Reydon, near Southwold. The role covers day shifts, 36 hours per week, 8am–8pm, with every other weekend included.

You will support residents with personal care, provide companionship, maintain accurate records, administer prescribed medications, and help lead the care team. The home offers induction, training, a pension, generous holiday allowance, and several employee benefits.

Senior Care Assistant

Oaklands House, Reydon

£14.10 per hour

Day shifts - 36 hours per week 8am-8pm(including every other weekend)

Oaklands House is located in the seaside town of Southwold in Suffolk. The house is surrounded by five acres of mature woodland. Inside the home is a handsome entrance hall which leads on to a number of exquisite reception rooms. The stunning south-facing conservatory is ideal for peace and quiet but is also a popular meeting place for residents and guests.

What would a typical day look like?

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
• Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable
• Supporting and leading our existing care team
