Job summary

Atrium Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader for a Residential Dementia Care Home on the outskirts of Hull. You will provide compassionate personal care, monitor medications, and support residents with dignity and respect.

The role requires NVQ in Health and Social Care, dementia care experience, driving license, and at least one year in care. You will train and supervise junior staff and ensure high standards of care under the guidance of senior staff.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Medication trained.
• Experience in supporting residents with Dementia.
• Driving license and access to own car due to location.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Minimum 1 year of care experience.
