Gloucester Charities Trust is seeking a Senior Care and Support Assistant/Shift Leader (Days) for Magdalen House, a 29-bed residential care home for older people in Gloucester. The role offers progression and on-going development in a compassionate, resident-focused environment.

The post requires experience in medication administration and NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work toward Level 3). 28 days holiday, pension, DBS, training and more are on offer.

We have a position available for a Senior Care and Support Assistant/Shift Leader, (days) to work in our beautifully kept Residential Care home.

Magdalen House is our 29-bed Residential Care Home for older people. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced carers to join our Home and be part of the team working in an environment where resident health and wellbeing is of the highest priority.

The job is ideal if you are a skilled and compassionate carer who is empathetic to the needs of older people, and looking for ongoing development.

We require you to have:

Experience in medication administration

NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards/willing to complete Level 3 if Level 2 held.
