A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking motivated individuals for the cardiorespiratory diagnostics service. The role involves working 12-hour shifts, supporting patients with diagnostic tests in a community setting. Training will be provided, and opportunities for research and quality assurance activities are available.
The CDC is part of a wider programme to reform and renew the delivery of diagnostics to meet increasing demand for services. CDCs will facilitate patients having their diagnostic tests performed closer to home and within the local community. They are open for 12 hours a day over 7 days a week.
We are seeking motivated individuals to work in the cardiorespiratory diagnostics service at the CDC, Mile End Hospital, with regular rotation to other sites. The role requires autonomous work (training provided based on background experience) across the service.
Key responsibilities include cardiopulmonary exercise testing supporting the unexplained breathlessness service, non-invasive cardiology including ambulatory monitors and electrocardiography.
