Job summary

Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust in Truro is seeking a Senior Cardiac Physiologist to join our expanding cardiac investigations service. You will contribute to a wide range of non-invasive and invasive procedures, participate in device implants and follow-ups, and support our commitment to high-quality patient care across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with on-call commitments.

Qualifications

• Professional registration and qualification checks are required.
• Clinical experience in non-invasive and invasive cardiac investigations.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive and invasive cardiac procedures including interventional procedures and device implants and follow-ups.
• Participate in on-call rota as part of the role.
• Carry out exercise tolerance testing (ETT), HUTT, and Holter monitoring.
