An established industry player is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee capital development projects within the Estates & Facilities Directorate. The role of the Senior Project Manager is to support the Head of Capital Development, in close cooperation with other Estates Officers, in delivering capital projects within the Estates & Facilities Directorate.
To professionally manage Estates Capital Development projects, successfully delivering the programme of building and engineering works, backlog, refurbishment, and minor projects to continuously improve and develop the Trust's accommodation. Ensuring projects are designed in compliance with statutory and best practice standards and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
