What Will Need To Do

1. Work with the development team and product managers
2. Build processes and monitor them
3. Finalize the business requirements of development team tasks
4. Help the development teams plan sprints and releases
5. Coordinate team communication
6. Generate project documentation and maintain reporting

Our Expectations

1. At least 2 years of experience managing and working with IT projects
2. Focused on achieving project/client goals
3. Result-oriented, not process-oriented
4. Able to work with multiple contexts simultaneously (handling multiple projects and communities)
5. Know how to gather and finalize requirements
6. Can communicate with clients in English, discuss requirements, conduct demos (C1 level preferred)
7. Proficient in planning sprints, working with Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
8. Know how to plan and monitor releases
9. Conduct retrospectives and team meetings; capable of recording notes
10. Experience in reporting, demos, and standups
11. Russian language proficiency at B2 level
12. Willing to work in GMT+7 to GMT+4 time zones

It Will Be a Plus

1. Ability to manually test web products, write bug reports, and set up autotesters
2. Familiarity with AI tools as assistants
